    The Situation
    The customer had an innovative idea to automate and simplify employee referral recruitment.

    Client’s aim was to enable organizations to hire best talent in the most effective and low-cost way. ELEKS helped turn this product vision into an interactive online platform.

    We helped create a portal equipped with an easy-to-use community manager dashboard, allowing users to manage their entire referral program.

    With this new tool, companies can create private and segregated communities of employees, clients and partners; post jobs, set rewards and share vacancies with their community. The communities of referees can then refer candidates, share jobs by email or on social media – putting each vacancy in front of thousands of potential candidates.

    The solution
    Kukatree allows recruiters to automate the referral recruitment process with its easy-to-use platform and a handy mobile app.
    Before building the platform, the ELEKS team initiated a comprehensive client workshop to define the best solution architecture, product design and technology stacks.

    The end solution enables:

    The platform is then complemented by a handy mobile app for iOS and Android, which ELEKS developed for referees to allow them to share, refer and track the progress of their referrals. With it, users can also receive pop-up notifications for new jobs, and status updates allowing them to track any rewards earned.

    Further, Kukatree lets recruiters track the provenance of any referrals, to guarantee that the right person is rewarded. The platform also obtains data processing consent from each referral, making the process 100% GDPR compliant. The platform is multi-lingual; ELEKS supplemented it with an easy mechanism for adding any new language with minimum development efforts.
